A Successful ChiRunner Looks Forward to Becoming a Chi Instructor

December 18th, 2010

After sustaining an IT-Band injury during a half-marathon training run this year, I discovered Chi Running.  I purchased the book and DVD and it changed my life.  Ever since my personal experience with Chi, I have been "spreading" my experience to every person I know!  I wanted to take that next step and go to a workshop.  I contacted Ken Andrews to conduct a "first-ever" Chi Running class in Springfield, Missouri.  I organized a group workshop with great success. Ken is an incredible person and instructor!  He has a great motivating spirit!  Even though I felt that I had improved on my own, I found out that I could improve even more - I am now excited to go through the process of instructor training and I am looking forward to helping people discover this "incredible" injury-free and energy-efficient way of running!

A Chi Running Love Letter

I'm so excited that I'm compelled to write! I lost 65 pounds last year and I've spent the year doing step aerobics, weightlifting and various dance/excercise classes, some pilates, some yoga, etc.
