A New Mentality with Chi Running
A "thank you very much" note: I just finished a race that I have run for the last 6 years. After finishing the race last year I decided to try Chi Running. Long story short, my usual pace for the 5 miler was a 9:30 - 10 m/m depending on the year. This year, after training Chi Running style I crossed the finish at a 8:40m/m. Such a difference in so many ways ... recovery was not an issue this time around, and the hills were brutal!
