15% faster with Chi Running

I just ran the same trail 15% (7 minutes) faster than I ran it 3 days ago. This is just after spending 3 evenings with the Chi Running book. Not only that, I'm not sore at all. I always ice my knees after running.  Wow.  Cool.  Thanks!

ChiRunning began to enrich my life on July 3, 2010 when I read the first 100 pages of the book and went for a run, and just focusing on ankle lift made a difference!
