Where:
Highland Lake Inn is a luxurious haven of hospitality, charm and natural beauty nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. An historic North Carolina resort, Highland Lake Inn rests in a country setting of 26 gently wooded acres on a serene lake. You’ll dine at the award winning Season’s Restaurant which provides gourmet meals from Highland Inn’s own organic gardens. This is a place Danny and Katherine frequent for special occasions.

What to expect at ChiWeek:
Get personal, in-depth advice and coaching of the ChiRunning and ChiWalking techniques by Danny Dreyer and Katherine Dreyer.

Participate in other mindful practices:
Creating a vision and goals, Yoga, Pilates, guided meditations, Body Loosener groups followed by guided runs and walks, and post-run self-massage tutorials.

The benefits of attending:
Whether you chose to focus on ChiRunning or ChiWalking, you will deepen your understanding of yourself, your body and how to move pain-free and injury-free for a lifetime. Improve your running or walking skills by strengthening your core muscles, engaging gravity and relaxing your legs. Daily classes and group runs and walks will help you instill healthy habits that will improve your whole life.

Includes: Lovely room at the Inn, all meals** (3 meals per day, Sun. June 13 dinner through Fri. June 18 lunch), snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, gratuity and all workshop expenses. You will also receive the ChiWalking Workbook or a ChiRunning training workbook of your choice, the ChiLiving Fitness Journal, a hat, and t-shirt.

* Double occupancy roommates will be coordinated by ChiLiving; if you plan to attend with a friend or family member, please call or email us so that we can room you together.
**Most dietary restrictions can be met. Requests must be communicated to ChiLiving by May 7th, 2010. There will be vegetarian options at every meal.

(A note to our customers: The cost of this event is due to the wonderful, luxurious environment of the Highland Lake Inn and the high quality of the meals.  We chose this location due to its optimal surroundings for walking, running and building a group atmosphere and have negotiated the best group pricing possible.)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel between now and February 28 and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $125 processing fee. Cancel between March 1st and May 6th, and you will be refunded 50% of your registration payment minus a $125 processing fee. After May 6th, we are not able to offer a refund of any amount.
