We highly recommend having a good anatomy book, as there will be anatomy questions on the practical exam. One book we highly recommend is Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier, as it's the best book we've yet found on the subject. Another highly recommended book is Pelvic Power for Men and Women by Eric Franklin.
“Of all the ECA conferences I’ve been to this was the best session ever!!”
“Best of weekend. Very clear, organized. Useful personally and in terms of applying the principles to other disciplines (Pilates Training). Excellent!”
