This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It will boost endurance and stamina and give you the fuel to increase your performance. Blueberries and goji berries are foods with some of the highest antioxidant levels. Goji berries are unique because they stimulate the pituitary gland to produce human growth hormone (HGH), which stimulates muscle repair and speeds up the healing process. Maca, a plant native to the Andes, is known to increase endurance. It's high in phytochemicals and essential minerals that help with running long distances. Also, chia seeds are also beneficial in overall health and for increasing stamina. They are high in protein, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients Amount
Almond milk 1 cup
Maca powder 1 Tbs.
Spirulina or wheatgrass 1 tsp.
Chia seeds or ground flaxseed 1 tsp.
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Banana 1
Goji berries 1 handful

Directions

Blend all ingredients together.
