Pumpkin Hummus

| Ingredients | Amount |
|---|---|
| Canned pumpkin | 1- 15 oz can |
| Tahini | 2 Tblsp. |
| Garlic | 1-2 cloves, or to taste |
| Olive oil | 1 tsp. (or more for desired consistency) |
| Lemon | 1/2 lemon juice, squeezed |
| Parsley | Few sprigs of chopped fresh, or few shakes of drie |
| Cumin | 1 tsp. |
| Toasted pumpkin seeds | Topping, to taste |
| Paprika | Topping, to taste |
Directions
Use a food processor to purée together canned pumpkin, tahini, garlic, parsley, ground cumin, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds and smoked paprika on top. Serve with pita chips.
