|Canned pumpkin||1- 15 oz can|
|Garlic||1-2 cloves, or to taste|
|Olive oil||1 tsp. (or more for desired consistency)|
|Lemon||1/2 lemon juice, squeezed|
|Parsley||Few sprigs of chopped fresh, or few shakes of drie|
|Toasted pumpkin seeds||Topping, to taste|
|Paprika||Topping, to taste|
Use a food processor to purée together canned pumpkin, tahini, garlic, parsley, ground cumin, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds and smoked paprika on top. Serve with pita chips.
