Pre-Race Alkalizing Beverages
Damian Stoy, Instructor Candidate and accomplished ultra-runner, shared with us two of his secret weapons. In order to insure that he is super alkalized before an event, he drinks one of these drinks at night and one in the morning. Try them out for yourself!
|Lemon Drink (Similar to Master Cleanse)|
|Lemon||1/2, squeezed into water|
|Honey, Maple Syrup, or Agave||To taste|
|Optional pinch of cayenne or fresh ginger||To taste|
|Apple Cider Vinegar Drink|
|Apple Cider Vinegar||1 Tblsp.|
|Honey or Agave||To taste|
Mix all ingredients together.
