Pre-Race Alkalizing Beverages

Damian Stoy, Instructor Candidate and accomplished ultra-runner, shared with us two of his secret weapons. In order to insure that he is super alkalized before an event, he drinks one of these drinks at night and one in the morning. Try them out for yourself!

Ingredients Amount
Lemon Drink (Similar to Master Cleanse)
Ingredients Amount
Water 8 oz.
Lemon 1/2, squeezed into water
Honey, Maple Syrup, or Agave To taste
Optional pinch of cayenne or fresh ginger To taste
Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
Ingredients Amount
Water 8 oz.
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tblsp.
Honey or Agave To taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
