Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious, gluten-free cookies - a favorite in the Dreyer household!

Ingredients Amount
Almond flour 1 1/2 cup
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Butter (softened to room temperature) 1/2 stick
Egg (beaten) 1
Vanilla 1/2 tsp.
Brown sugar 1/4 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix wet ingredients together.

Mix dry ingredients together.

 

Blend the two, hand-roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Press them into flat circles, about 1/2" think, leaving space between each cookie.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
