Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Delicious, gluten-free cookies - a favorite in the Dreyer household!
|Almond flour||1 1/2 cup|
|Baking Soda||1/2 tsp. baking soda|
|Butter (softened to room temperature)||1/2 stick|
|Brown sugar||1/4 cup|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Blend the two, hand-roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Press them into flat circles, about 1/2" think, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
