Energetic Kale, Apple, Lemon & Ginger Juice

Juicing has become a regular part of Danny's and my diet. We juice at least 3 times a week. Often we just juice whatever is in the fridge, but we make sure to have plenty of greens on hand, especially kale. It is so loaded with rich nutrients. This recipe is a morning favorite.

Cleansing, nutritious and truly delicious!

Ingredients Amount
Kale (or other greens: chard, beets greens, spinach) 3-5 big leaves per person
Apple 1 per person
Ginger 1/2 inch slice
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp per person

Directions

Juice the greens, apple and ginger and then add in the lemon juice. Enjoy!
