Darn Good Chili
This delicious recipe is a perfect cold-weather meal with lots of flavor and spice!
| Ingredients | Amount |

| Ground turkey | 1-2# |
| Onions | 2 Lg. |
| Green peppers | 2 |
| Garlic cloves | 2 |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Tsp |
| Cayenne | 1/2 Tsp |
| Oregano | 1 Tsp |
| Cumin | 2 Tbsp |
| Chili powder | 1 Tbsp |
| Tomato sauce | 2 15 oz. cans |
| Dark beans | 2 15 oz. cans |
Directions
Saute onions, peppers and garlic with some olive oil, then add turkey and brown.
Add all other ingredients and cook 5 more minutes.
Add beans last, warm together with rest of chili, serve immediately and eat hearty!
You can add shredded cheese, jalapenos, crispies, salt & pepper to taste.
