Apple Cinnamon Cous Cous

Matthew Germain shared this great fall time recipe for apple cinnamon cous cous. Yum!

Ingredients Amount
Cous cous 1 Cup
Water 1 3/4 Cups
1/2 Half Apple Sliced into half moons
Raisins 1/2 Cup
Slivered Almonds 1/3 Cup
Honey To taste
Cinnamon To taste

Directions

Boil water and then add cous cous. Stir for one minute, cover and remove from heat. After 10-15 minutes add all the other ingredients to the cous cous and mix around. Add honey and cinnamon to desired taste! This makes a great breakfast food or side dish and it is perfect for a seasonal party. Don't forget to wash it down with some fresh apple cider!
