An avid runner today, multiple Marathons - halfs and other distances under my belt. At one time I had a catch line of “If God meant us to run he would have provided wheels”. Changed days.

My Philosophy - The only way to learn how to do something right is to be trained by the experts and that’s what I did. I found the source and was trained to teach a methodology that will help and support all types of runners / walkers.
