I have been running for over 20 years. After my first marathon, my body had quite a recovery period. It was difficult to run even 2 miles after the event. Running has always been a joy, a stress release, and a way to make great friends. I have always enjoyed races; however, I haven’t enjoyed the pain after the races.
Chi Running has changed my life. Now I can run injury and pain free with no recovery time.
Through Chi Running, I have learned what alignment and relaxation feels like. The body moves more efficiently and effortless when these two components are in place.
