As an avid adventure racer with chronic knee pain I discovered Chi Running about 6 years ago. I stumbled upon the Chi Running book at a local Jamba Juice. Little did I know at that time what a profound impact that Chi Running would have on my life. Just changing a few parts of my running form turned my chronic knee pain into a thing of the past. So, I became an instructor of Chi Running in 2008 and I love teaching it to others.
No longer do I run and train just enough to get to a race…. but now run for the love of running! I never thought running a marathon was possible but I have run 10 marathons and a 50 mile ultramarathon and feel great.
