The Chi Running Level 1 workshop includes several hours of instruction in a single 1/2 day course. The Instructor will be guiding you through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the Chi Running technique feels like in your body. We will not be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine), so no matter what condition you are in, have no fear. We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills ... the nature of the day will be relaxed, full and inspiring.

Level II Workshop. Participants are required to have taken a level I workshop and Chi Running Practice. This workshop will be taught both indoors and outdoors. Please dress in layers according to the weather. There will be a video gait analysis included.
Level II Class Format: Kari will be guiding you to the next level of your Chi Running experience with exercises and drills designed to leave you with a deeper Body Sense of what the Chi Running® technique feels like. We will spend the day alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills designed to deepen your Chi Running experience. The nature of the day will be relaxed, full and inspiring. We recommend that you reread the entire Chi Running book and Chi Running DVD prior to your workshop.
