The training program will provide:

  • A 3-4 day per week training schedule, depending on your running level including pace groups for your projected marathon pace. This schedule will be on the web site for your regular review.

  • 2 organized group runs per week on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

  • ChiRunning® instruction throughout the 6-month program.

    We look forward to working with you to make your total marathon experience enjoyable, successful and fun!
