I’m a bit late in blogging about my Half Marathon but half term got in the way! We used to do this at Gloria Stevens (an all women’s gym) back in the 80’s. While walking across the floor we would chant “Pizza, chips & apple pies, that is how I got my thighs”. It was hilarious!
I still love this exercise! So nice to see it back in the loop!
