The ChiRunning book helped Abel change his life and transform his health by offering a mindful approach to movement, training, and nutrition. Abel and Danny discuss the differences between ChiRunning and the Pose method, how relaxing while running can be more beneficial than high-performance training, and much more. I find it so difficult to relax while running. I often finish a long run with aching arms and shoulders.
