Chi Running Core Strengthening Series Part II – The Leg Lift

Your lower back should remain in contact with the ground when your legs are lifting. When you’re in between lifts, allow your back to resume it’s normal curve.

Great exercise… how many do you recommend?  Should you build up to about 10 per session?

At this point I’m up to about 20 and I don’t think it’s really necessary to go much more than that.

While you are lifting the legs, is the lower back pushed into the floor, or is there still a curve in the back?
