		<description>AFTER 15 YEARS OF RUNNING I DISCOVERED ARTHUR LYDIARD AND STARTED TRAINING HIS WAY FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS.I HAVE NOW STARTED TO RUN WELL AGAIN, ALMOST AS FAST AS AT MY PEAK BACK IN 2003.THERE WAS JUST ONE PROBLEM AND THAT WAS MY VERY POOR RUNNING STYLE WHICH CAUSED MANY INJURY PROBLEMS, THEN A FRIEND TOLD MY ABOUT CHIRUNNING. SO LAST WEEK I READ DANNY DREYERS BOOK AND STARTED TO PUT WHAT I READ INTO PRACTICE. ALREADY I'M AMAZED WITH THE RESULTS, I AM NOW RUNNING MUCH SMOOTHER AND AFTER A 23 MILE RUN I HAD NONE OF THE NORMAL ACHES AND PAINS I USE TO GET, BUT MOST OF ALL MY RUNNING IS SO MUCH MORE FUN. I USE TO WATCH ANIMALS RUN, I NOTICED HOW THEY COULD RUN AT GREAT SPEED BUT ALSO WITH GREAT RELAXATION. I WISHED I COULD RUN LIKE THAT AND NOW I'VE FOUND OUT ABOUT CHIRUNNING I THINK WITH MORE PRACTICE I CAN ACHIEVE MY DREAM</description>
