If you are unsatisfied with any product* purchased at store.ChiLiving.com, you can return it within 30 days. We will reimburse you for the full price of the product you ordered, provided the item(s) purchased are returned in the quality in which they were sold. All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, products, and paperwork) to receive a refund.
Returns must be approved with return authorization, obtained by calling or emailing the Shipping Department.
If the products you return are in a condition other than “new” we will not be able to issue a full refund. We will issue a refund in the amount we feel is appropriate based on the condition of the materials. If you have questions about this policy, please call our office for clarification. When making a return, make sure to include the order invoice (or a copy of the invoice) that came with your order. In the event that a refund is being issued, it will be credited to the same payment method that you initially used to pay for the item. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks from the receipt of the return to post to your account.
If you return a product because you changed your mind and no longer want the item or because you made a mistake, no refunds will be issued. We are happy to exchange items for you.
If we made a mistake in what was shipped to you or if the item is defective then we will exchange the item(s) or refund you for the full cost of the incorrect/defunct product (including shipping and sales tax).
*For orders of downloadable titles we do not issue refunds. We do not issue refunds on any services (workshops, retreats, etc) once they have been provided.
